About Me
Hi! I'm a PhD student working with the
von Meyenn lab at
ETH Zürich and the
Robinson Lab at the
University of Zürich. Prior to that, I got my Master's degree in
Computational Biology and Bioinformatics at ETH Zürich in 2021, and my Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology at
HIT in 2018.
Current Research Focus
My research interests lie in two aspects:
- Method research that contributes to the standardization of single-cell epigenomic (ATAC-seq, CUT&Tag and DNA methylation) data analysis.
- The application of machine learning and systems biology approaches in biomedical problems.
